Homemade Fried Pickles


Have you ever tried fried pickles?  If you like pickles, you will love these.  MMM!!


2 sliced dill pickles
1/2 C buttermilk
(for spicier add some tobasco to the buttermilk)

combine
3/4C white flour
1/3C corn bread stuffing
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1/4 tsp. barbecue spice

Dip the pickles in the buttermilk, and then in the flour mixture. fry in deep fryer 375 degrees for about 3 minutes. You can use a pan of oil as well. 

First attempt turned out pretty good. I must admit, I only estimated the ingredients measurements for you. I will definately make them again.
